Every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Order Processing

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be longer.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Rare Metal Gear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Rare Metal Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
