At Rare Metal Gear, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we'll make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has started.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
